Basic Microcosmic Orbit

1. Using the Inner Smile, smile down to your navel center and feel the chi awaken. Now smile to your sexual organs at the Ovarian Palace and feel the chi move from the Ovarian Palace through your sexual organs to the perineum.

2. Squeeze your PC muscle in order to pump the chi from the perineum into the sacrum and spine.

3. Feel the energy rise to the crown of your head.

4. Touch your tongue to your palate and smile again down to your abdominal center, allowing the chi to fall like a waterfall from your crown, through your tongue, and into your navel.
